The above two quotes sums up Prof. Anuradha Ajit’s approach as an Educationist, spanning for over 27 years, from Montessori to MBA. Teaching and Learning being her passion, it naturally culminated in her pursuing her Doctoral Program in Education, from The Golden State University, USA. Her thesis was on, “The Eastern and Western Approach to All Educational Systems” ‘Implementing the Educational Philosophy of Dr. Maria Montessori and J. Krishnamurti, in all levels of the Educational System’
Being married to a Fighter Pilot and a Test Pilot from the IAF, gave her plenty of opportunity to travel in India and abroad, which she optimized by studying and doing varied Educational and Professional courses followed by internship programs.
Prof. Ms. Ajit graduated in Honours, majoring in Psychology & Philosophy from the University of Bombay. AMI (Associated Montessori Internationale), she scored a 1st. class and was a Top Ranker, both in the Theory and Practical Examination, conducted by an International Council of Examiners. B.Ed (in English) again topping in the Practical Exams from University of Kashmir M.A. in English Literature, from University of Pune, topping in the American Literature Paper.

Prof. Anuradha Ajit has a penchant and a flair for learning foreign languages. Having had the opportunity to travel extensively only goaded her to learn as many foreign languages as possible. She is fluent in French (Alliance Francaise), Spanish, Italian (University of Pittsburgh), and teaches these languages; she has also been the official French translator for HAL. She is also conversant in German (Max Muller) and finds that learning Japanese (Indo-Japanese Association) very challenging.
Prof. Anuradha Ajit has been heading well known Management Institutions as Vice Principal, in Maharashtra and in Bangalore.
Prof. Anuradha Ajit has also been holding responsible positions in the State Education Board, being involved in the Curriculum Development Program in Communication Skills; developed Hotel Management Programs for Indore University (DAV).
Prof. Anuradha Ajit has been the paper setter and evaluator for BTE, for Communication Skills, French, Accommodation Management and HRD.
Prof. Anuradha Ajit had the honor of setting up the Montessori Environment in YMCA, Singapore.

Prof. Anuradha Ajit has published articles and has submitted papers in varied subjects, both at national and international levels.

Publications

Prof. Anuradha Ajit has published a book entitled, “Soft Skills for Aspiring Leaders”—Emerald Publishers. At present, she is working on two writing assignments—“French for Tourists, made easy’ (Book and CD, due for publication in two months) and “Yoga, for a Better You”, for the same publisher.

Areas of Interest

Primary area of interest: Teaching Foreign Languages, Communication Skills; Trainer and Coach for Soft skills.
Other areas of interest: Organizational Behavior; Emotional Intelligence, Dramatics as part of Soft Skills Development (she has worked on this aspect for Team Building and Leadership, and has found it successful)
