Asha.P is a MBA graduate from the University of Madras. She has 6 years of teaching experience. She has been teaching MBA students affiliated to the Anna University, and is also associated with conducting training programs in communication skills and personality development. She has attended Faculty Development Programs on case methodology from IIM-K and presented papers in National / International conferences in HR. She has published articles in national and international magazines and written columns in academic websites.
