Bio-Data
Dr. Rekha Completed graduation in Business management and Post graduation in Commerce and Management from Mysore University. Obtained Ph.D. from Mysore University in the area of Finance & Banking.
Dr. Rekha started her career as an entrepreneur for a period of five years in setting and managing new computer Institute to impart computer education. Dr. Rekha has been involved in teaching post graduate management students for the past 12 years. Conducted many MDPs for corporate senior executives in the same area both at the Institute and also at various companies. Taught the senior corporate executives online and through the distance Education system. Guided both the Post graduate and Doctoral students in various projects and dissertation. Undertaking research studies in area of Finance particularly in Risk Management and also published articles in the reputed journals and conferences. Contributed in the cross functional areas like Business strategy in the International conference. Planning to pursue post-doctoral fellowship in the discipline of Finance.

Primary area of interest: Corporate Finance, Risk management, Financial Derivatives, Strategic Financial management, Financial Innovations, Mergers, Project management etc.
