Student Exchange Programs
UCF
The University of Central Florida, Orlando, USA

The University of Central Florida (UCF) and Alliance Business School (ABS) jointly offer a reciprocal student exchange program.
PROGRAM ADMISSION
To participate in the student exchange program pursuant to this agreement, students must comply with the following criteria:
- Be enrolled at and pay tuition fees to ABS for the term abroad
- Be regular degree seeking and in good academic standing at ABS
- Be enrolled for at least one term in ABS prior to the term to be attended at UCF
- Have not participated previously in this program of reciprocal exchange; and
- Have sufficient ability in English language
PROGRAM COST
Each participant will be responsible for expenses other than those related to tuition and fees at the host university. These expenses include, but are not limited to books, medical expenses, room and board during the duration of the exchange, required health insurance, transportation and laundry and other personal expenses.
PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION
- Maximum enrollment for ABS students at UCF will be 9 credit hours for the Summer term for graduate students.
- ABS students will be required to attend classes at UCF, including at least three credit hours of experiential learning.
- UCF will make available to ABS students a number of internship opportunities. These internships may or may not be paid positions.
- Students shall follow the admission, enrollment and registration procedures defined by UCF
- Students will obtain medical insurance coverage in the amount required for international students at UCF and provide proof of such coverage to the institution upon arrival
UNIVERSITY OF CENTRAL FLORIDA AT A GLANCE
The University of Central Florida is one of the most dynamic universities in the USA. Offering 225 degree programs, it has become an academic and research leader in numerous fields. UCF's 1,415-acre main campus provides modern facilities; most of which have wireless abilities, with 600 acres set aside for lakes, woods and an arboretum. Memphis
The University of Memphis, Tennessee, USA

Alliance Business School and The University of Memphis jointly offer a reciprocal student exchange program.
PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY
- Students shall have been registered full-time and shall have completed at least one academic year at Alliance Business School
- Students must be in good academic standing.
- Students shall not have been the subject of any disciplinary action.
PROGRAM ADMISSION
- A completed application form
- Official copy of appropriate academic transcripts
- Statement from the student indicating the areas in which he/she is interested and the courses he/she wishes to pursue at the host institution
PROGRAM COST
- Students pay tuition and fees to the ABS at the same rate as full-time on-campus students.
- In exchange, the University of Memphis agrees to cover tuition and fees.
- Costs for food, housing, textbooks, lab fees, and/or other individual expenses, including travel and insurance costs, will be the responsibility of the students.
PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION
The University of Memphis will provide assistance in securing suitable housing in the institution's residence halls for incoming students.
UNIVERSITY OF MEMPHIS AT A GLANCE
The University of Memphis was established on September 10, 1912, as the West Tennessee State Normal School. The main campus covers more than 1,100 acres in Memphis, Tennessee. With an enrollment of approximately 21,000 students, the University of Memphis is the seventh largest system of higher education in the nation. The University offers 15 bachelor's degrees in more than 50 majors and 70 concentrations, master's degrees in more than 45 subjects, and doctoral degrees in 21 disciplines. The University's Fogelman College of Business and Economics is in the forefront of international business education, and has 103 full-time faculty (includes 7 Chairs of Excellence and 1 Distinguished Professor). Over 90% of the faculty have doctoral degrees from 57 universities. The Fogelman College has attracted over $600,000 for scholarships to attract high-quality students to its programs. SJSU
San José State University, California, USA

The Lucas Graduate School of Business in the College of Business at San José State University (SJSU) and Alliance Business School, Bangalore (ABS) jointly offer a reciprocal student exchange program.
PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY
Exchange students shall be selected and nominated by ABS based on the qualities mentioned below:
- Good academic record
- Appropriate degree of fluency in English language
- Good health
- Relevant and appropriate curricular interests
PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION
- Students will receive all orientation and registration materials from the San José State University with instructions to proceed through normal registration procedures of that institution, abiding by the established deadlines.
- At the end of the exchange period, the San José State University will send official academic transcripts to the exchange coordinator at ABS.
- The San José State University will endeavour to provide accommodation on campus for exchange students who submit the required housing application by the established deadline. However, if this is not possible, students will be helped, as far as possible, to find appropriate off-campus accommodation.
- Exchange students will be entitled to use the medical services of the San José State University. Exchange Students shall be responsible for contracting for their own health insurance at their expense, in accordance with the policy of the University and immigration regulations.
PROGRAM COST
- Students will pay tuition fees to ABS as applicable and will not be required to pay tuition, campus fees or non-resident fees at the San José State University, except for additional fees associated with particular courses, for things such as lab fees, textbooks and other materials, field trips, etc.
- Exchange students will be responsible for all expenses other than tuition fees including, but not limited to, accommodation, food, travel, visas, insurance, books, etc.
SAN JOSÉ STATE UNIVERSITY AT A GLANCE
Located in the heart of Silicon Valley, the world's high-tech capital, San José State University is an exceptional place for hands-on learning, professional development and personal growth. Founded in 1857, SJSU is the oldest public institution of higher education on the West Coast. The campus has matured into a comprehensive university with seven colleges that offer 134 Bachelor's and Master's degrees. The SJSU College of Business is accredited by the AACSB International at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. Additionally, the College of Business is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges and the California State Board of Education.
BSE
Berlin School of Economics, Germany

Berlin School of Economics, Berlin, Germany (BSE) and Alliance Business School jointly offer a reciprocal student exchange program.
PROGRAM ADMISSION
- Students participating in the exchange program will normally have completed at least two terms at ABS.
- ABS will screen applicants for exchange. The applicants will be recommended by the institution not only for their academic achievement but also for their maturity, conduct and motivation.
- Students participating in this program will continue as candidates for the degree of Post Graduate Program in Management.
- The exchange student will enjoy the same rights and privileges, and be subject to the same rules and regulations as the students of BSE.
- The students will be required to complete all academic work and examinations associated with the courses they take at BSE.
- BSE will provide transcripts for each student indicating the appropriate credit for the courses taken by students on the exchange program.
- The students will be bound by the rules, regulations and procedures of both institutions while they are participating in the exchange program.
PROGRAM COST
- All exchange students shall pay tuition fees to ABS. No exchange student will be charged tuition fees by BSE.
- Students will pay residence fees for the halls or other residences in which they are accommodated. Students will also be responsible for the costs of food, medical insurance, travel and all other personal expenses which might be incurred while participating in the exchange program.
PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION
- At the conclusion of the exchange, BSE will provide an official transcript on the achievements of the exchange student.
- BSE will assist each exchange student by:
- providing pre-departure material, and post-arrival orientation,
- providing the necessary documents and information to enable the exchange student to obtain the correct permit /visa,
- arranging appropriate accommodation, if required,
- providing arrival assistance, if required,
THE BERLIN SCHOOL OF ECONOMICS AT A GLANCE
The Berlin School of Economics (BSE) was founded in 1971. The Berlin School of Economics and Law (BSEL) was founded on 1 April 2009 through the merger of the Berlin School of Economics (BSE) and the FHVR Berlin, a university of applied sciences for administration and law. The University has an academic staff of approximately 160 professors and 500 lecturers, plus nearly 230 research and administrative personnel, committed to realising these goals. The BSEL now comprises three Central Institutes and five Faculties offering courses in private and public sector business administration, economics and administration, as well as law and security management.
