Summer 2009 - Photo Contest

“A picture is worth a thousand words” - Your favourite Snapshot Could Win!

The Office of International Affairs invites the international students to participate in Summer 2009 - Photo Contest. The categories for the contest are:

1. Incredible India: A photo shot of you or other students that makes a statement about your experience.
2. Namaskar: A memorable picture of the Study Abroad Program.
3. The Deccan Odyssey: A thought-provoking image that exhibits Indian culture.

Contest Rules:

• All entries must have been shot during your stay in India.
• Photo entries should be the original work of the entrant.
• E-mail up to five shots to anubha@alliancebschool.ac.in with the subject “Photo Contest.” with your name, where it was taken, and a one-line description of the photo.
• Name your files as: Category_Your Last Name_Number.jpg
• Entries will be judged by faculty members on artistic expression, creativity, originality, and the quality of the image.
• By participating in the photo contest, entrants are agreeing to grant ABS the use of the photographs for editorial or promotional purpose

Prizes will be awarded in each category!
